Senior Associate Client Reporting/Performance

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and collecting data on the performance of client portfolios.
• Field questions about reporting systems and reports used and generated by clients.
• Conduct research on industry trends to understand key issues affecting client portfolios.
• Collect and analyze data from client portfolios to monitor performance and provide clients with information for risk management, portfolio allocation, and peer comparison.
• Develop technical expertise regarding product offerings to act as a resource to clients.
• Support the maintenance of the online platform used by clients to generate portfolio and performance reports.
• Provide senior professionals with data gathered from client trades and client concerns to improve client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
