POSITION SUMMARY

As part of the Client Processing job family, this role involves executing complex transactions and resolving client inquiries, contributing to a streamlined client experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute client transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a high standard of service by demonstrating expertise in client processing.
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to BNY's service standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processing, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze transaction data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization, contributing to operational excellence.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and BNY policies to ensure compliance in all client interactions.
  • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing the client experience, aligning with BNY's focus on innovation and client trust.
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE
  • 0-5 years of experience.
  • Experience in brokerage processing preferred.

    Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company‑sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents.
