You'll drive customer meetings, analyze data, and tell a clear data-driven story that informs marketing decisions. This role offers flexible work options and opportunities across a global leader in life sciences cloud software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an analytical and customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to support customer relationships and communicate with external partners.
• Experience working with data and navigating problems using data.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex results.
• Exceptional organizational skills and rigorous attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to key customer meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day flow of customer success from post-sale setup through renewal.
• Lead agency and customer meetings, presenting findings independently.
• Use the Crossix Measurement Suite to interpret data and build actionable narratives for marketing decisions.
• Oversee delivery timelines and milestones, providing feedback to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Collaborate across teams to troubleshoot complex results and answer core business questions.
