Veeva Systems is a mission-driven organization with a flexible Work Anywhere model, including work from home or in the office. We seek a Senior Associate to join Crossix Client Analytics Services, bridging our product with customer goals and driving value for agencies and brands.

You will manage daily customer success, lead meetings, and translate data into clear narratives that guide marketing decisions and demonstrate product value. Travel to key customer meetings is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an analytical and customer-facing role.
• Ability to support customer relationships with external partners.
• Strong data-driven troubleshooting and storytelling.

Responsabilités

• Drive execution: manage day-to-day flow of customer success from post-sale setup through renewal.
• Lead customer meetings: serve as a reliable point of contact and lead meetings independently.
• Data storytelling: interpret data with Crossix Measurement Suite and present actionable narratives.
• Project management: oversee delivery timelines and milestones with clear feedback to teams.
• Collaborative problem solving: use cross-functional collaboration to troubleshoot complex results.
