Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in investment management or business analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to drive process improvements.
• Experience with SQL, Python for data integration and reporting automation.
• Experience supporting system implementations and API integrations with IT/Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support origination, underwriting, and portfolio management workflows across private investment-grade transactions.
• Translate business needs into scalable reporting, dashboards, and technology solutions.
• Develop tools and analyses for underwriting, credit monitoring, and portfolio surveillance.
• Maintain deal/portfolio management platforms tracking investments and activity.
• Build dashboards and reports reducing manual data gathering for portfolio teams.
• Assist rollout of AI-enabled tools for credit memo drafting and reporting.
• Act as liaison between Investments and IT on data integration and system enhancements.
• Develop or maintain SQL/Python scripts to support data integration and automation.
