Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of portfolio management, performance measurement, and investment instruments.
• Experience or coursework in investment accounting, performance attribution, or fund analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Python, R, SQL, or VBA is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in investment performance analysis, portfolio metrics, and quantitative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Calculate, analyze, and reconcile investment and fund performance across multiple strategies and asset classes.
• Conduct performance attribution to identify key drivers of portfolio returns.
• Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and models for tracking investment performance.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual investment performance reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with operations, accounting, and portfolio teams to ensure data integrity and timely reporting.
• Assist in P&L tracking, NAV calculation, and reconciliation of investment positions.
• Identify and elevate anomalies, discrepancies, or performance issues.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as requested by senior management.
