Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in investment management, financial services, or a business analyst/platform support role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business process improvement skills.
• Hands-on experience with operational/analytical systems in an investment management environment.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar tools for data integration and reporting automation.
• Experience supporting system implementations, platform enhancements, API integrations, or technology rollouts in partnership with Operations and IT.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both investment professionals and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with investment professionals to support origination, underwriting, and portfolio management workflows.
• Gather business requirements and translate needs into scalable reporting, dashboards, and technology solutions.
• Assist in developing tools, templates, and analyses for underwriting, covenant monitoring, and portfolio reporting.
• Own and maintain deal/portfolio management platforms and build dashboards and reports.
• Support rollout of AI-enabled tools for credit memo drafting and portfolio reporting.
