Responsibilities include interviewing creators, analyzing content performance, and launching campaigns to boost supply, with cross-functional collaboration for user growth and community building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and above.
• Experience working directly with creators for content strategy and campaigns.
• At least 3+ years of experience and understanding of content ecosystems and algorithms.
• Good understanding of content and strong logic; identify abstract content characteristics.
• Data analysis capabilities with user empathy to improve user experience.
• Experience working with large data sets to generate insights and conduct root cause analyses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth user interviews with core community creators to identify unmet beauty content opportunities in the local market.
• Manage end-to-end creation of creator partnerships, including sourcing, outreach, contract implementation, drafts, content delivery, and reporting.
• Analyze creators' content & performance and propose innovative solutions to help creators succeed on the platform.
• Launch online campaigns to increase content supply and consumption within the app and raise category awareness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive social media exposure and user acquisition.
• Hold offline events with KOLs in the beauty industry to grow the community on Lemon8.
