Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and above.
• Experience working directly with creators for content strategy and campaigns.
• 3+ years of experience with content ecosystems and algorithms.
• Strong content understanding and logical thinking.
• Data analysis skills and user empathy to improve UX.
• Experience with large data sets to derive insights and root-cause analyses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis to identify platform trends and content performance.
• Manage end-to-end creator partnerships: sourcing, outreach, contracts, delivery and analysis.
• Coach creators on editing posts and creating visuals to improve quality.
• Analyze content performance and summarize insights for strategy.
• Analyze data to derive insights on creators and users and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives.
• Educate creators on best practices to accelerate growth and meet expectations.
