Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in California; Utah admission preferred but not required.
• 5–10 years of experience in litigation, real estate or mortgage law.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet tools.
• Ability to manage and prioritize a caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception to completion.
• Draft court pleadings, defense of motions, and handle discovery.
• Attend court hearings, telephonic and in person.
• Advise client on case strategies and options.
• Perform other duties and special projects as needed.
