We are working with a premier international law firm that is seeking a mid‑level associate to join its dynamic and fast‑growing Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice in New York. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented attorney to advise on complex, high‑value domestic and cross‑border transactions, representing both buyers and sellers. The ideal candidate will have significant experience handling leveraged buyouts, growth equity, joint ventures and related private equity transactions. The role involves negotiating key transaction documents, managing due diligence, and collaborating closely with senior partners and clients on strategic deals.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant M&A and private equity experience at a major law firm
• JD from a top‑tier ABA‑accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in New York and in good standing
• Demonstrated ability to manage deal processes and interface with clients
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong academic record and business judgment
• Experience with Am Law 100 or equivalent highly preferred
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and actively admitted to the NY Bar

Compensation & Benefits
