Job summary

The Agency is seeking a Corporate M&A Attorney to join its growing transactional practice in the United States. The attorney will advise on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions, supporting deal execution from structuring through closing, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of corporate/M&A experience, superb drafting skills, and a JD with NY bar admission.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate law experience with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents.
• Familiarity with due diligence processes and deal structuring.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
• Active admission to the NY state bar in good standing and JD from an accredited law school.
