Upscale Construction, a premier custom home builder in San Francisco, seeks a Senior Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Team on multiple residential projects. This salaried, full-time role includes benefits and a pathway to grow within a dynamic studio environment.

The candidate will manage project administration, plan and drawing logistics, schedule updates, and coordination with designers, contractors, and clients. Office-based with some remote work as appropriate.

Formación

• Minimum of three years of increasingly responsible, related, post-graduate professional working experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in construction-related field or related discipline.
• Strong Excel, Word and Outlook skills; experience with MS Project a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide general project administration to keep projects organized.
• Manage and track sets of project plans and drawings issued by architects, designers and engineers.
• Assist with updates for project schedules and disseminate to team members.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, bid solicitations and review of subcontractor and supplier RFPs and buyouts.
• Assist with closeout at the end of the project.
• Maintain project binders and electronic folders; manage plan storage and distribution.
• Prepare client RFCs and assist with warranty packages and final permit sign-offs.
