Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of related post-graduate professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; construction major is a plus.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Strong command of English language.

Responsibilities

• Provide general project administration to keep the project organized.
• Manage plans, drawings, and project files for the team.
• Schedule and coordinate bids, RFPs, and subcontractor activities.
• Assist with project closeout and warranty packages.
• Maintain logs, folders, and project documentation; update action items.
