Qualifications

• 2+ years senior level management experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment
• Extensive front of house knowledge; Advanced knowledge of financial aspects
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs across food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor costs
• Assist the General Manager with financial (invoices, reporting) and payroll-related administrative duties
• Maintain professional restaurant image including cleanliness and appearance standards
• Ensure positive guest service; address complaints and take actions to turn guests into return customers
• Manage shifts, scheduling, and planning while maintaining high-quality food and service; guide staff and conduct performance reviews
