Job summary

Medacta USA, Inc. is seeking a senior accounting leader to manage the general ledger, internal controls, and month-end close processes. You will oversee the accounting team, coordinate with external auditors, and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

The role requires extensive experience in SOX controls, balance sheet reconciliations, and budgeting, with leadership responsibility in a manufacturing environment. Public company experience is preferred, and CPA/MBA is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance is required.
• Master’s degree in accounting or MBA and CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all routine accounting transactions affecting the general ledger.
• Ensure internal controls and balance sheet reconciliations are timely and documented.
• Liaise with external auditors and support annual audits.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, and variance analyses.
• Monitor departmental budgets and provide actionable insights.
• Support CFO/Sr. Finance Director in annual budgeting and financial planning.
