Qualifications

• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance is required; CPA/CMA preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience (public or corporate).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS; experience with ERP/financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee core accounting functions including treasury, payroll, AP, and GL maintenance.
• Lead monthly and annual close; analyze P&L variances and provide insights to leaders.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and policies.
• Drive process improvements and enhance internal controls and reporting capabilities.
• Manage accounting staff across multiple functional areas; hire, coach, and develop team.
