Financial Talent Group in Colorado Springs is seeking an Assistant Controller to lead financial reporting, compliance, and system improvements across divisions. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, you will help scale operations and strengthen financial infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in accounting, a public accounting background, an active CPA license, and deep knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Large Public Accounting foundation required.
• Active CPA license.
• Strong experience with multi-entity or multi-state environments.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.
• Up to $150,000 base salary + Bonus.
• 401(k) with generous match.

Responsibilities
