The ideal candidate will have CPA certification, 10+ years in accounting/finance, and deep experience with GAAP, JDE, NetSuite, and advanced Excel. You will lead the finance team and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• CPA required; CPA certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting/finance roles with focus on financial reporting and compliance.
• Proficient in accounting software (JDE and NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger accuracy and timely close.
• Lead a team of senior accountants and accounting managers to ensure GAAP compliance.
• Ensure balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries are accurate.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in GAAP.
• Support internal and external audits and strengthen internal controls.
• Drive process improvements in finance and accounting functions.
