Qualifications

• 2-4 years public company assistant controller experience required.
• Strong GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls background is essential.
• Will have SOX experience and have worked in a public company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Lead general ledger close activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
