Arup is seeking a Senior Consultant for our Advisory Services team, based in Washington, DC or New York. The role focuses on strategic asset management for water and transportation clients, with opportunities to influence capital planning, asset data use, and operating models.

You will work across Arup’s multidisciplinary platform, delivering client-ready guidance, supporting regional growth, and mentoring junior team members while traveling frequently across the US and Canada.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, planning, engineering or similar. IAM certification and PMP strongly desired.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience advising asset-intensive clients in strategic asset management or related advisory services.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as an asset management advisory resource for regional water and transportation clients and sustain client relationships.
• Collaborate with clients to understand asset management challenges and long-term infrastructure objectives.
• Lead or support advisory engagements across asset management, digital strategy, process improvement and change management.
• Bridge across Arup service areas to deliver integrated asset management solutions including digital and organizational expertise.
• Prepare and deliver insightful client presentations and facilitate meetings/workshops.
• Travel across the US/Canada (up to 50%) to engage clients and support project delivery.
