Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Asset Management Consultant to deliver advisory and technical services across water, transportation, energy, and facilities. You will optimize asset performance, apply data-driven planning, and align asset management with business objectives.

Based in the US with flexibility for a national role, you’ll work with multidisciplinary teams on strategy, lifecycle planning, risk assessment, and capability building to grow Jacobs’ asset management offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years delivering asset management or infrastructure advisory services.
• Experience in water, transportation, energy, or facilities sectors.

Responsibilities

• Support asset management projects across water, wastewater, aviation, rail, roads, energy, and facilities.
• Develop asset management strategies, policies, frameworks, governance models, KPIs and decision-making processes aligned with ISO 55000.
• Support asset investment planning, lifecycle modelling, asset criticality assessments and risk-based prioritization of capital and O&M expenditure.
• Support asset operations and performance optimization through advisory, maintenance strategy development and reliability improvements.
• Assist asset data quality improvement and asset registry optimization.
• Support client training, workshops, operating model development and change management initiatives.
• Contribute to business development, proposals and growth of Jacobs’ Asset Management capabilities.
