Job summary

GHD Advisory seeks a senior Executive Advisor - Water Economics & Infrastructure Investment Strategy to lead and grow our US water sector financial advisory and investment capabilities from the NYC Metro Area.

You will be a trusted intermediary between municipal water utilities and private investors, translating international P3/PPP concepts for the US market, and helping utilities unlock funding pathways and optimal capital delivery.

Qualifications

20+ years of experience in infrastructure finance, water/wastewater utility economics, investment advisory, or related fields.
Proven track record structuring or facilitating P3/PPP transactions and private capital placement.
Strong ability to engage C-suite utility executives and municipal finance leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead water advisory and investment strategies projects across utilities and private capital.
Develop and position AM and investment strategies, including funding options and procurement approaches.
Manage multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior professionals in financial modeling and risk frameworks.
Drive business development, client engagement, and development of sector strategies.
