Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Senior Asset Protection Systems Admin to support stores, field teams, supply chain, and fraud by administering AP tools and technology. The role focuses on deploying, enhancing, and maintaining exception reporting, case management, and other end-user platforms.

You will partner with Asset Protection leadership and Macy's Technology to design, test, implement, and maintain AP systems while driving continuous improvement and security alignment across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• 3+ years supporting enterprise technology systems and Asset Protection/fraud prevention.
• Experience administering software platforms, workflows, and user access.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Asset Protection tech platforms and related systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and develop tech solutions.
• Partner with Macy's Technology teams for design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Monitor performance and adoption to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance and troubleshooting to stores, field teams, and corporate users.
• Manage system configurations, user access, workflows, and security rules.
• Support deployments of new features, upgrades, and integrations.
• Coordinate testing and validation for system enhancements.
