Macy's is seeking a Manager, Asset Protection in the United States to oversee shortage reduction at a high-responsibility level, including executive collaboration and staff management. The role focuses on protecting assets and reducing loss while supporting topline goals.

Lead cross-functional teams, analyze theft trends, and ensure policy adherence. The position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record in AP management.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Asset Protection management experience.
• Heavy lifting, constant moving, standing
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to sustain long periods in surveillance areas.

Responsabilités

• Lead the store executive team in planning, implementing, monitoring, and managing the store's shortage prevention and awareness programs.
• Develop relationships with Store, Division, and Regional leaders to gain support towards achieving shortage goals.
• Manage and monitor internal and external theft investigations, apprehensions, and recoveries.
• Analyze theft trends through the utilization of AP Reports, Systems, and Technology.
• Establish a high level of shortage awareness and effectiveness determined by audit results.
• Ensure that all AP policies and procedures are thoroughly understood by the AP team and executed effectively.
• Recruit and develop Asset Protection talent by creating and supporting a culture that values retention, career development, and succession planning.
• Lead innovative projects and foster idea sharing among peers.
• Address colleague concerns in a reasonable and fair manner.
