Job summary

SitusAMC in New York is seeking a Lead Asset Manager to oversee a client's portfolio post-acquisition, coordinating servicing, transfer, and asset strategies across multiple servicers and trusts. You will drive performance, manage reporting, and align with regulatory guidelines.

You will lead the Asset Management Team, develop portfolio campaigns, provide customized reporting, and collaborate with diligence and collateral services to optimize value and results for our clients.

Qualifications

• College degree in finance/real estate or mortgage banking preferred.
• 8+ years of industry experience, with AVP level exposure preferred.
• Commercial real estate asset management experience required.
• Strong Excel skills and team orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility into deal status and ensure reviews are done in the system.
• Work with Excel (VLOOKUP, pivots) to reconcile data.
• Raise potential issues (performance, timeline) to management attention.
• Verify that critical exceptions are correctly applied.
• Identify performance trends and drive servicing/process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
