You will interpret SCADA data, diagnose equipment issues, and coordinate effective solutions while managing warranties and supplier relationships with a disciplined, independent work style.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on operations or asset performance in solar PV and/or energy storage.
• Experience overseeing utility-scale solar, battery storage, or hybrid assets.
• Strong knowledge of power generation equipment and maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for operational health and daily performance of solar PV, BESS, and hybrid assets.
• Evaluate production trends and equipment availability to identify performance gaps and improvements.
• Use SCADA data to diagnose issues and coordinate solutions with teams.
• Manage external O&M partners, maintenance schedules, and performance standards.
• Oversee warranty claims and interactions with manufacturers to resolve issues.
• Establish standardized practices for consistent operations across facilities.
• Share operating insights with development, engineering, and construction teams.
• Prepare plant performance information to support portfolio evaluations and asset transactions.
• Recommend measures to strengthen reliability and streamline operations.
