Job summary

Soltage, a Jersey City-based leader in solar and energy storage, is seeking an Asset Management Administrator to support a growing portfolio across multiple states. You will assist Asset Managers with reporting, budgeting, insurance coordination, and data preparation, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely communications with contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience supporting asset management functions.
• Experience in energy, real estate or insurance industries is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail, reliability and proactive approach.
• Demonstrated interest in renewable energy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven analytical and mathematical capabilities.
• Superior listening, critical thinking, and writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Asset Managers in managing a diverse portfolio of solar and BESS assets across multiple states.
• Manage day-to-day documentation and coordination of insurance deliverables.
• Generate accurate data to prepare Asset Management reports.
• Generate and distribute invoices; coordinate with Accounts Payable.
• Assist Asset Managers with project budget documentation.
• Support reporting and maintain operational records.
• Manage relationships with contract counterparties and ensure timely communication.
• Utilize the Soltage asset management software platform to access and report data.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
