Job summary

SB Energy is seeking a Senior Manager/Director – Operations to lead the performance and commercial success of a growing portfolio of utility-scale solar assets across the United States. You will drive operational excellence, revenue optimization, budgets, and contract oversight, partnering with O&M providers and investors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Advanced degree or certifications such as PMP, CFA, CPA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in industrial environments; 7+ years in utility-scale solar operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operational and commercial performance of utility-scale solar assets.
• Own plant profitability and operational performance objectives.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue, plant availability, reliability, and long-term asset value.
• Monitor operating budgets, forecasts, and business plans for assigned assets.
• Interface with investors, lenders, regulatory agencies, and utility partners.
