Kayne Anderson Real Estate in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking an Asset Management Associate to support oversight of a portfolio of Multifamily and Student Housing assets, including stabilized properties, repositioning, and redevelopment projects. This role is based in our Boca Raton office and requires strong financial analysis skills and experience in real estate investments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of asset management, FP&A, or portfolio analysis experience in Multifamily or Student Housing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or equivalent field.
• Strong financial, analytical, and computer skills with proficiency in Excel.

Responsabilités

• Support asset management platform with oversight, analysis, and business plan execution for Multifamily & Student Housing properties.
• Analyze periodic leasing and occupancy reports and follow up on variances.
• Prepare quarterly updates on financial and operational performance with explanations of variances.
• Coordinate with property management and external partners to ensure asset maintenance and regulatory compliance.
• Report data and metrics to investors, lenders, and partners; support annual budgeting and business plans.
