• 5+ years of asset management, FP&A, or portfolio analysis experience in Multifamily or Student Housing sectors.
• Strong financial, analytical, and computer skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent communication, organizational, financial and time management skills.
• Self-starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support the Asset Management platform through regular oversight, analytical assistance, and business plan execution for Multifamily & Student Housing properties.
• Analyze period reports with leasing, occupancy, and trend information and follow up on activity from the prior period.
• Prepare quarterly updates on financial and operational performance of properties, highlighting variances and explanations.
• Coordinate with partners and property management to ensure assets are properly maintained and compliant with regulations; coordinate with external parties.
