Kayne Anderson Real Estate in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Vice President/Director of Asset Management for Student Housing and Multifamily. You will oversee a portfolio, including stabilized assets and development projects, reporting to senior leadership.

The role requires hands-on management, travel to properties, and collaboration with operating partners to maximize performance. Strong financial and analytical skills, advanced Excel, and experience with asset management platforms are expected.

Competenze

• Minimum of 15 years of relevant real estate experience, including 10+ years in multifamily or student housing asset management.
• Hands-on, operation-focused asset management professional.
• Experience with operating platforms, partners, and third-party contracts.
• Strategic thinker with execution capabilities and strong financial/analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with asset management software helpful.

Mansioni

• Monitor and report financial and operating performance against plans.
• Travel to portfolio properties 2 days per week on average.
• Manage operating partner relationships and represent Kayne Anderson Real Estate.
• Update revenue, expenses, and strategy in real-time to maximize property performance.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary processes to execute the business plan.
• Support underwriting and acquisition teams in evaluating investments.
• Track industry trends and adjust asset plans accordingly.
• Engage in branding, leasing strategy, and management of marketing firms.
