Kayne Anderson Real Estate is seeking an Associate for Medical Office Building Asset Management in Boca Raton, FL. The role supports the medical office portfolio and collaborates with leasing, finance, and operations to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, real estate or related field.
• 3–7 years of financial experience with strong analytical abilities.
• Commercial real estate experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel with ability to build and manipulate complex analyses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the medical office portfolio as part of the Asset Management team.
• Review periodic reports on leasing, occupancy, and trends; follow up on questions.
• Assist in preparing and presenting annual business plans.
• Produce quarterly updates on financial and operating performance; explain variances.
• Coordinate with departments to provide property-level data for investors, lenders, and partners.
• Participate in annual operating and capital expenditure budgeting.
• Support transition of properties from Acquisitions to Asset Management.
• Review lease terms and capital expenditure requests.
• Review monthly P&L and operating reports.
• Monitor quarterly valuations and appraisals; ensure data integrity.
• Audit third-party acquisition models, rent rolls, and Argus files.
• Monitor loan performance for compliance and identify risks.
