Job summary

COA Network Inc. seeks a Senior Associate, Asset Management to proactively manage a nationwide portfolio of commercial real estate assets.

You will lead day-to-day asset management, coordinate with Property Management, Brokerage, Accounting, Construction and external partners to execute business plans and drive value. The role requires a deep understanding of asset-level operations, underwriting, financial performance, leasing, and risk management, with a track record of delivering measurable

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and investment structuring knowledge.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with cross-functional real estate teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a portfolio of commercial real estate assets to maximize value and optimize performance.
• Monitor asset performance against underwriting assumptions, budgets, and investment objectives.
• Identify risks and develop recommendations to address them.
• Prepare asset performance reports and support budgeting/forecasting processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute asset business plans and capital projects.
