Job summary

Morrow & Associates is seeking an Asset Management Associate on behalf of a well-established, privately held developer/owner/manager of Class-A multifamily properties. The role supports the asset management function across the portfolio.

Responsibilities include reviewing monthly property financials, tracking performance vs underwriting, analyzing variances, supporting underwriting, and running sensitivity analyses.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of relevant corporate finance or CRE experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Understanding of NOI, IRR, cap rates.

• Assist in reviewing monthly property financials and operating reports.
• Track performance against underwriting, including revenue, expenses, and NOI.
• Analyze and explain variances to proforma.
• Support underwriting, including rent, expense, and market assumptions.
• Perform sensitivity and scenario analysis.

We're hiring on behalf of our client who is a well-established, privately held, developer/owner/manager of Class-A+ multifamily. They are a very stable, well-funded company who has developed 40K+ units, with 15+ projects in the pipeline throughout the Southeast & Texas and continuing to expand. Our client is looking for an Asset Management Associate to support the asset management function across their portfolio of new construction multifamily projects.

• Assist in reviewing monthly property financials and operating reports
• Track performance against underwriting, including revenue, expenses, and NOI
• Analyze and explain variances to proforma
• Support underwriting, including rent, expense, and market assumptions
• Perform sensitivity and scenario analysis

Ideal Candidate:

• 1-3+ years of relevant corporate finance or commercial real estate experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Understanding of real estate fundamentals (NOI, IRR, cap rates)
