Job summary

Maximus Partners, LLC is seeking an Asset Management Associate to join its growing team. This high-visibility role works across a national portfolio of Class A commercial real estate assets with direct exposure to senior leadership, investment partners, lenders, and key asset-level decisions.

You’ll drive asset-level plans, support leasing analysis, budgeting, and investor reporting, and coordinate across leasing, construction, operations, accounting, and investment partners while monitoring

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial real estate experience.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with asset-level reporting and budgeting.
