Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Senior Analyst, Asset Management in Irvine, CA to provide financial and operational analysis for the portfolio. You will develop financial models, assess investment performance, and support strategic decisions to maximize returns.

The role partners with Operations, Investments and Finance to drive value across asset portfolios and annual plans. You will build and maintain sophisticated models, analyze NOI and IRR metrics, and present findings to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, Business or related field required.
• MBA, MSRE or advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years of asset management, real estate finance, investments, valuation or related analytical roles.
• Multifamily real estate experience strongly preferred.
• Experience building sophisticated financial models and analyzing large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze asset investment performance across the portfolio to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop asset-level and portfolio-level financial models including cash flow and valuation analyses.
• Support annual asset investment plans and evaluate capital projects.
• Prepare portfolio reviews, executive presentations, and investment committee materials.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Provide data-driven recommendations on pricing, capital allocation, and value enhancement.
