Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering or related discipline.
• Fifteen plus years of industrial experience.
• Proven track record leading technical teams and projects with business impact.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in safety, quality, regulatory, product safety and sustainability.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and LEAN principles to drive process improvement.
• Lead and manage projects to optimize tissue manufacturing and converting processes.
• Coordinate with external technical service providers and suppliers as needed.
• Mentor and develop engineering staff and share knowledge across the unit.
• Document and report unit work per policy and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
