Kimberly-Clark USA, LLC, New Milford Mill, is seeking a Senior Asset Leader to drive safety, quality, and cost performance on a high-speed manufacturing platform. You will lead the asset team and collaborate with Operations, Reliability and Engineering to deliver continuous improvements and robust outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business or relevant discipline with 7+ years of related experience.
• Significant experience in Operations, Business, Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, and/or Maintenance.
• Strong understanding of the operations role in the Supply Chain.
• Demonstrates advanced knowledge in people management and technical areas (or aptitude to learn).
• Ability to organize, influence and lead a multi-functional team and foster a proactive team environment.
• Experience in multiple plant environments, product systems, and staff management; leadership of non-exempt workforce desired.
• Work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in LEAN practices: 4-step problem solving, LSW, Visual Management, 5S.
• Ability to build and manage a budget.

Responsabilités

• Lead asset team in safety, quality, cost, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with CI, Reliability, Eng, and site resources to deliver platform results.
• Provide day-to-day directions to operations, reliability and engineering teams.
• Manage cost of manufacturing and develop forecasts and conformance to spending.
