Kimberly-Clark Corporation in Warren, OH seeks a Sr. Mechanical Engineer to lead asset improvements, drive reliability, and manage complex projects across plant systems.

You will apply engineering principles and LEAN methods to deliver safe and efficient operations, coaching teams and coordinating with maintenance and facilities. The role supports 24/7 operations with potential shift coverage, and offers a comprehensive benefits package and relocation assistance.

Formación

• Requires a Bachelor or advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years’ industrial experience in high-speed consumer product manufacturing or staff environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
• Preferred: knowledge of personal care production equipment and processes.
• Familiarity with Kimberly-Clark engineering procedures is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Lead asset improvement projects from inception to startup, including equipment selection and commissioning.
• Develop and deliver equipment and processes meeting safety and policy requirements.
• Provide coaching and direction to mechanical/continuous improvement teams.
• Support maintenance on reliability projects and obsolescence planning.
• Collaborate with utilities, facilities, and capital teams on long-term asset strategy.
• Assist in safety work teams and shift coverage as needed.
