Parkland Community Health Plan is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Logistics Technician to manage asset tracking and inventory from cradle to grave. The role focuses on expediting deliveries, maintaining asset records, and coordinating with Purchasing, Contracts, Clinical Engineering, IT, and other departments to ensure accurate receipt and distribution.

Qualifications

• Six years of supply chain experience.
• Two years of asset management or inventory control experience.
• Experience using barcode or RFID hand scanners.
• Automated inventory management experience.
• Texas Driver's License Class C required.

Responsabilités

• Expedite and coordinate product deliveries to Parkland.
• Maintain asset expediting database for inbound products; coordinate testing, inspection, assembly, and trade-ins.
• Assist Asset Supervisor in dock bay usage for inbound deliveries.
• Verify products moving through receiving; check against packing slips and PO numbers in ERP and asset systems.
• Ensure assets are moved to testing areas prior to distribution; coordinate with Clinical Engineering, IT, and other departments.
• Track new and existing capital and non-capital assets via asset management system; tagging and location verification.
• Maintain records on purchases and assets; provide KPI reporting for assigned activities.
• Provide cross-training on asset processes; supervise Asset Management Technician when needed.
• Lead or participate in special projects and support leadership requests.
