Job summary

Parkland Health is seeking an Asset Management professional to oversee cradle-to-grave tracking of hospital assets at the Materiel Service Warehouse. The role focuses on expediting deliveries, verifying goods, and maintaining precise asset records across ERP and asset management systems.

Responsibilities include KPI reporting, cross-training staff, and collaborating with Purchasing and Contracts to resolve pre-delivery issues. Texas Driver's License is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in business administration, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of supply chain experience.
• Minimum 2 years asset management or inventory control experience.
• Experience using barcode or RFID hand scanners.
• Experience with automated inventory management.
• Texas Driver's License Class C required.
• Proficient in Lawson, asset management software, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Expedite and coordinate product deliveries; maintain asset expediting database.
• Verify received products against packing slips and update ERP/asset systems.
• Maintain asset management system: tagging, location, and counts.
• Provide cross-training and supervise Asset Management Technician I.
• Complete KPI documentation and reporting for assigned activities.
• Lead special projects and assist customers and co-workers as needed.
