Ryder System, Inc. seeks an Asset Management Business Partner to own fleet performance and profitability across the BU. You will drive fleet analytics, asset redeployment, and cross-functional coordination with sales, rental, maintenance, and SCS/RVS to maximize ROA on a multi-billion-dollar asset base.

You will report to the Director of Asset Management and partner with leadership to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, cost control, and asset utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Five or more years of rental/operations/sales experience preferred.
• Experience with fleet management and asset optimization a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee fleet lifecycle performance within the assigned BU region.
• Provide direction across Sales, Rental, Maintenance, and RVS to maximize assets.
• Lead asset reviews, weekly asset calls, and special projects.
• Coordinate asset redeployment and performance reporting.
• Support finance and leadership with asset KPI analysis.
