The SouthState Bank, National Association is seeking a seasoned Commercial Lending professional to expand asset-based relationships in the Atlanta market. You will drive loan and deposit growth by delivering tailored banking solutions and managing underwriting through to closing.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in commercial lending, strong credit analysis and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in developing executive-level relationships with COIs and clients in the Atlanta area.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, banking, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 10+ years in commercial lending or portfolio management with loan structuring/credit analysis.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail required.

Mansioni

• Actively participates in a business development plan to grow loan and deposit portfolios within assigned market.
• Develop consultative relationships with prospects to deliver banking solutions.
• Manage loan requests through underwriting and closing processes to meet bank objectives.
• Monitor underwriting, pricing, and credit quality; ensure timely communications with prospects.
• Build relationships with commercial bankers and key stakeholders across markets.
• Structure opportunities with holistic, win/win solutions and maintain fair lending practices.
