Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred; ability to read and follow verbal/written instructions in English.
• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing setting with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willing to work overtime and Saturdays as required.
• Capable of using devices (e.g., iPhone) to monitor emails and respond promptly.

Responsibilities

• Administers group policies and evaluates subordinate performance.
• Provides employee development, counsel and discipline.
• Maintains production schedules and ensures quality standards.
• Sets priorities, organizes, and coordinates work to meet deadlines.
• Interfaces with other departments to ensure customer deadlines are met.
• Ensures staff are trained and qualified for their roles.
• Trains personnel on schedules, methods, quality requirements, and procedures.
• Conducts regular team meetings to drive process improvements.
• Keeps team goal oriented and tracks performance.
• Recommends improvements to production methods and equipment performance.
• Coordinates manpower and overtime to meet changing conditions.
