Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or demonstrated ability to understand and apply instructions in English.
• At least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing with at least 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willing to work overtime and Saturdays as required.
• Adept at using iPhone or other remote devices to monitor email for prompt response.

Responsibilities

• Administers company policies within the group and evaluates job performance.
• Provides employee development, counsel and discipline.
• Maintains production schedules; ensures products are tested and inspected to meet quality standards.
• Sets priorities, organizes and coordinates work; adjusts assignments as priorities shift.
• Interfaces with other departments to ensure customer deadlines are met.
• Trains employees and maintains daily labor reporting; maintains records.
• Works with other departments to develop and implement process improvements.
