Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking an Assembly Solutions Production Supervisor to oversee the production team, ensure quality and safety, and drive efficiency in assembly processes. The role involves coordinating with engineering, planning, shipping and HR to meet schedules and targets.

You will lead direct labor, manage training, and partner with QA to improve quality programs while ensuring customer deadlines are met and documentation is maintained.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• High School or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment.
• Coordinate tasks cross-functionally with engineering planning, shipping and HR.
• Own packaging / PTN / Finished Goods through shipment.
• Direct management of direct labor resources, including time cards and training.
• Coordinate production priorities with Planner and Manager Manufacturing & Supply Chain.
• Deliver quarterly staff training to enhance skills.
• Collaborate with the Rexel Quality team to improve programs.
• Ensure customer requirements and deadlines are met; communicate status in planning tools.
