Qualifications

• 8–15+ years in heavy paving, project mgmt, or general superintendent roles.
• Experience managing multi-crew paving in urban corridors with night work.
• Deep familiarity with VDOT specs, HMA QC protocols, and state inspections.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple paving and milling crews across NOVA contracts.
• Coordinate plant-to-paver logistics to minimize delays and maximize throughput.
• Oversee night work, MOT execution, and lane closures to prevent delays or DNAs.
• Manage project P&L, cost tracking, and labor/equipment utilization.
• Enforce quality standards and safety across live road projects.
