Fabr Global in Chesapeake, VA seeks a Senior Project Manager for asphalt paving & transportation projects. You will own the financials of high-volume contracts, coordinate with plant operations, and drive profitability while meeting strict VDOT standards in the Hampton Roads area.

You will lead multi-crew operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage complex MOT, night shifts, and urban execution windows, all within a safety-first culture and with relocation support to coastal Virginia.

Competenze

• Proven track record managing large asphalt paving and highway rehab projects.
• Familiarity with VDOT specs and local municipal requirements.
• Experience with unit-cost tracking and daily production metrics.
• Skilled in project scheduling tools such as HCSS HeavyJob and Primavera P6.
• Leadership ability to coordinate field crews and plant operations.

Mansioni

• Own project portfolio finances, monitor WIP and cost-to-complete.
• Coordinate with HMA plant managers and trucking to hit tonnage targets.
• Lead operations aligned with VDOT Hampton Roads standards and port/military protocols.
• Direct multiple paving, milling, grading crews and allocate resources.
• Maintain MOT plans, night shifts, and tight urban execution windows to avoid damages.
• Enforce mix specs, density targets, and ride quality with zero-incident safety culture.
