Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3-5 years or more of industry related experience, with emphasis on roads, highways, and bridges.
• Must understand paving procedures and be able to communicate with job site supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Understand and execute paving procedures while following instructions to meet project standards.
• Must follow safe operation of paver.
• Must be able to set screed sensors and determine material placement.
• Perform daily maintenance and keep equipment clean.
